The information stored in this area of Coolcare many operators will have on traditional paper based forms in files within the home. With Coolcare we take away that paper based system or as a bare minimum, compliment the paper system. Any document be it a prescription or a note from the GP can be scanned in and uploaded to a Service Users record. All of this information is readily available from other areas of the system as required.
