• Clock IN/OUT SMS confirmation with shift summary for TnA devices and ALSO for standard units (grey box) users
• A quick reassign iButton option. This is a combination of 2 lists:
  - recently terminated staff (theirs iButtons)  - when iButton assigned to new person it is automatically removed form the terminated one

- recent iButtons collected by TnA devices which are linked correctly to a specific home but NOT to any staff member yet

• -In the estate setup, when registering a TnA device, the value format has changed. Now it must be a pair of IMEI andMOBILEnumber separated by = sign.

If a home, have more than one TnA device, the format is as follows:

IMEI1=MOBILE1, IMEI2=MOBILE2, IMEI3=MOBILE3….

For those homes where only IMEI is registered, the mobile number section MUST be added (not now, tomorrow, after today’s upgrade).

This is how to enable T&A for a customer:

• Login as administrator and go to Config New/Site Installation Settings, then select “Enabled T&A Only” on GSM Device

• Go to Estate Setup, assign a T&A Device to a home entering the IMEI number, (you can also tick the option to send SMS to ALL staff as confirmation)

• If you don’t want to send any confirmation texts to a staff member – un-tick this option on staff update screen:

Note: this option is ticked as default for all staff

•  Ability to calculate reductions in advance (not for the previous invoice period only). There is a config option for it:

• Training percentage report option – excluding staff on Other Leave

• Extension for Nohmad iButton Terminals
• Better error catching mechanism and messages when processing large printouts (i.e. thousands of invoices)
• Move Staff/Client form – input params validation fixed
• Accessing other pages fixed on “Add from pool” browse
• Other minor fixes

Changes mainly for Quantum Care.

•  Special nominal code populated automatically according to bespoke routine if the company is Quantum Care
• All Client Accounts are marked as exported/not exported together with invoices. So, every time you mark invoices as exported/not exported the related accounts are marked accordingly.
• Export field on Client Accounts update screen

• The field described above is in use ONLY for Quantum Care at the moment. If there is a date (not empty), the account will not be exported.

• Buttons swapped.
• Number of days outstanding, new column for 2 reports: Outstanding invoices and Aged Debtors.

Another portion of updates and improvements.

• “Contract Returned” field and exception report added to the staff section.

• Background colour for odd/even rows in reports (about 50% of all reports have this feature now)

• Merging Standard Documents option (must select 2 or more duplicated standard documents to merge into one).
  All selected Standard documents must have same name, same number of sections, questions and answers.
  The function appears mainly to fix previous bug – replicating Standard documents when reactivation (copying) resident.

• Another Invoice export (03-Sun)

• Not as many visible changes in versions 241,242(internal) and 243 (except Paul’s PDF Builder).  Mainly fixes and improvements.

• Service User Re-Activate dialog with “Advanced” button and description labels:

• Previously added options for selective copy/move process for staff and residents.
