With over 100 policies and still growing, Coolcare’s Policies and Procedures module is of real use to us as a care provider. We have added many of our own documents and modified some of the system default policies to fit with the way we work, the flexibility is excellent. The simple ability to clearly see who has read a particular policy that I have assigned to a team members reading list makes life so much easier.
